Gladiators dominate over CCSF, winning 15-2

On Thursday, March 21, 2013, Gladiator baseball faced against fellow division team San Francisco City College and came out the outstanding victor with a final score of 15-2. Men’s basketball v. CCSF


6:53 p.m.
Chabot’s Gladiators are warming up on the court and looking ready to play against CCSF (City College of San Francisco) who is number 1 in the state.

Chabot starts off the game behind with a score of 2 – 8.

Chabot’s Mens team is fighting hard, but CCSF is fighting even harder. The stands in the Chabot gym are filling up fast and this game is getting pretty intense.

Chabot’s # 5 Kurtis Ong took a chance and made a beautiful 3 point shot.

Chabot’s very own #34, Jacob Noisat just made a slum dunk, bringing the score to 19 – 25.

Chabot’s # 43, Kyle Luckett had to free throw shots and missed them both, giving CCSF a chance at the ball.

In addition to the already present Chabot security at tonight’s game, now Hayward PD has shown up to assist at the request of CCSF. The stadium is gym is packed and the fans are getting loud.

There are about 5 minutes left in the first half and the score is 25 – 29.

End of the first half and the score is 34 – 39.

Chabot’s #5, Kurtis Ong made an amazing 3 point shot from the side of the key bringing the score to 45 – 52.

There are 6 minutes left in the game with the score being 53 – 62.

Less than a minute left and the score is 63 – 76.

9:07 p.m.
Final score 63 – 78, Chabot lost.

Lady Glads have a major upset against CCSF


The first half was close, but City College is consistent and is fast on their feet.

5:45 p.m. End of First Half
Chabot Glads trail behind 25 – 33.

—Second Half —
6:01 p.m.
Lady Glads remain behind with a score of 27 – 46.

6:02 p.m.
City College scores a 2 point shot bringing the score up to 27 – 49.

6:03 p.m.
City College does it again with another 3 point shot, 27 – 52.

6:05 p.m.
Chabot’s women’s basketball has been slippery on their feet all night, taking many spills and losing the ball consistently. But they seem to be picking up steam with 2 shots made in less than a minute bringing the score to 31 – 53.

6:06 p.m.
City College has got the ball again and score another 2 point shot, making the score 31 – 55.

6:09 p.m.
Glads player #25, Karina Caines had the ball and passed to player #24, Charnay Bell but she lost it. City College got the ball but # 24 redeemed herself getting the ball back and scoring a 3 point shot, bringing the score to 34 – 57.

6:13 p.m.
Chabot’s #43, Dominique Ogelsby and City College’s #32, Janis Peterson almost had an incident on the court after a some contact on the court.

6:16 p.m.
Less then 10 minutes left in the game and the score is 34 – 64.

6:20 p.m.
City college is beating Chabot by double and with just under 7 minutes in the game it is starting to look bad for Chabot College Glads. The score it 34 – 68.

6:21 p.m.
City College just made a 3 point shot making the gap between Chabot and City College even larger, 34 – 71.

6;25 p.m.
With just 4 minutes left in the game the Lady glads make a 3 point shot.

6:26 p.m.
37 – 77

6:30 p.m.
One minute left in the game and it’s CCSF (City College San Francisco) ball. Chabot gets the ball quickly after one of CCSF’s players lets it slip from their hainds. As Chabot runs across the court CCSF fouls, giving Chabot’s #25 a chance at 2 shots. The score is not 44 – 83.

6:33 p.m.
This evening’s game was a blowout with the final score of the evening is 44 – 83.
